Despite what the disciples believed, Mary did not waste anything. The timing of her act of worship was significant. Essentially, she is preparing Jesus' body for His upcoming burial. No one else understood the significance of what she was doing, but many Bible scholars believe Mary did. She did what she could. What can we do in worship to Jesus today?
